2020 Tax Year Policies
Hello Rapid Tax Clients,
Happy New Year! We hope that everything is going well with you and your loved ones during these difficult times. Tax season is here, and we would like to inform you of the changes being made to keep our clients and employees safe during this pandemic. The North Tryon and Central Avenue locations will be doing APPOINTMENT ONLY if you’d like to come into the office to get your taxes prepared. Only the person(s) getting their taxes prepared will be allowed in the office for the appointment. Masks will be required for entry into the building. Upon entry you will be required to get a temperature check and sign a covid-19 waiver. We will also be allowing curbside drop-offs and utilizing a secure online portal for those of you who’d like to submit your documents electronically. We haven’t received an official start date for when IRS will begin e-filing but will keep you up to date as we learn new information. Our current office hours are 9am-4pm Monday-Friday. Once the IRS is open for e-filing we will begin our extended hours. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
